Management is not the only way “up”

You don't HAVE to move from sales to management.

We condition people to keep "moving up."

But if you're a badass in sales, it's not uncommon to:

• Make more than managers (and doctors and lawyers).

• Create your own schedule.

• Earn a seat at the table where big decisions are made.

And many of the other things you may really want.

Without having to absorb more responsibility...

...that you may not even want.

I'm not trying to talk anyone out of stepping into leadership...

Just suggesting that the only way "up" isn't through management.

Are the rainmakers.

Not the title holders.
