My Story

FROM THE C-SUITE TO THE BEACH — ON PURPOSE

In 2019, I left the C-suite — Managing Director at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, CEO of a PE-backed company, 20 years of building and scaling sales organizations — and moved my family to Cabo, Mexico.

Not to retire. To build differently

I’d spent years watching private equity strip companies for parts and leadership teams chase growth without systems. I wanted to build businesses the way I believed they should be built: with repeatable processes, real sales infrastructure, and respect for the people doing the work.

That’s how MSP Sales Partners was born. And it’s why I’m now acquiring MSPs through Repeatable Revenue Ventures — because the best way to prove your playbook works is to bet your own money on it.
