Coaching as a big part of effective sales leadership

We’re better at identifying problems + solutions for others than we are for ourselves.

And if you’re leading a sales team, this speaks to the importance of coaching.

If your sales team has to figure out how to improve on their own…

They’ll never be as good as if they are actively coached.

Coached well. And coached regularly.

There’s a reason NFL pros & coaches watch film every week.

Because it’s hard to judge yourself accurately.

Sure, we focus on self improvement a lot.

And we want people on our team that do, too.

But there are always opportunities for us to improve…

...that others can see more easily than we can see ourselves.

And a big part of effective sales leadership is coaching.

Helping others see and do what they can’t on their own.

Better coaching = Better performance = Better sales.
