Culture is the difference maker

Imagine you own a business that is doing poorly.

And it has for more than a decade.

As an active owner, you've changed EVERYTHING.

You've hired CEOs.
You've changed top management.
You've changed middle management.
You've changed out almost all the staff.
You've changed staff out again.
You've created new processes.
You've put in new technology.
You've moved buildings.

Everything you can think of at a tactical level.

Even a strategic level.

But the same results...

Day after day.
Month after month.
Year after year.

Mediocre at best.

What gives?

My diagnosis?

It's probably culture.

A team can be more - or less - than the sum of its parts.

The difference maker is culture.

I hope you're listening Jerry Jones.
