Donnie & I were on Katherine's Career Launch Live yesterday when he said this and I thought:

"Why in the hell have I never thought of it this way?"

We talk about the art of the close...

When it's really the open of a new relationship that, unless you sell some one-off product with...

- No repeat business opportunity.
- No referral business opportunity.
- No need for retention.
- No upsell business opportunity.

...you are far from "done" when you get the sale.

Hadn't thought of it this way before.

But certainly made me think.
