Prioritization is the key

Most sales leadership failures aren't from not working.

Most are from not working on the right things.

It's easy to confuse motion with progress.

But noise isn't the same as music.

The biggest impact you can make to move the needle...

Is to be ruthless about focusing ONLY on things that actually move the needle, like:

- Creating and clarifying goals for your team
- Helping each person understand the role they play
- Coaching them on how to improve
- Keeping everyone on the same page
- Creating a healthy environment for them do their job

It's easy to get lost in the noise...

The meetings that don't matter, the conversations that go nowhere, the constant fire fighting, the office politics.

But that's a recipe for busy. Not productive.

And regardless of what it was that distracted you...

YOU will usually be responsible for the results.

So YOU have to proactively prioritize your time.
