What are the traits of great representatives that become great managers?

From my experience:

• Enough range in communication styles to deliver the same message in different ways ensure it resonates with different people.

• Empathetic enough to relate to others, but not so much they can’t deliver tough or direct messages when necessary.

• Strong enough self leadership skills to prioritize time effectively to have maximum impact.

• A curious, growth oriented mindset that lends itself to constantly learning, developing, and improving.

• Ability to check their ego and lead the customer or the team in the way that gets the best results.
