You have more data than you think

You have more data available to you than you think.

On our podcast, Paul Daniels shares some creative ways to access it.

For example: Put your hand about an inch in front of your eyes.

You can’t see what’s immediately in front of you.

And what you most likely would’ve noticed naturally.

But you can see what’s in the periphery.

You’re actually more aware of something that was already there to begin with.

Data, information, and perspectives you may not have noticed.

When you’re trying to solve complicated or complex problems:

The solution may be in the periphery.

Developing the discipline to intentionally change your perspective is a game changer.

It certainly was for me the first time I did this exercise with Paul.

Check out the full episode for more from him on how to expand your peripheral awareness.
